Every Valen timepiece comes with a comprehensive 6 month international warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our warranty ensures your investment is protected with complimentary servicing and repairs.
Shipping time depends on whether the watch you want is currently on hand. If you'd like a standard model with no customization, simply email us to check whether the piece you want is currently in stock. if it is, your order ships within 1–2 days. For customized watches, or any model we don't currently have on hand, your order typically ships in about 2 weeks, as each custom timepiece is made to order. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days and international orders within 5–7 business days.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn timepieces in their original packaging. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
Yes, all Valen timepieces feature water resistance. Please visit the specific product page for the exact water resistance rating.
We use only premium materials including 316L and 904L stainless steel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystals, and genuine Seiko movements.
