Return Window
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
- Unworn and unaltered, with no signs of wear
- All original packaging, manuals and accessories included
- Returns are only accepted on watches that have not been customized through our site, including those modified via our customizer tool or ordered with a custom logo.
How to Return
Email support@valen.watch Email us with your order number. We'll send a prepaid, insured return label.
Refunds
Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of inspection. Original shipping is non-refundable.
