Every Valen timepiece ships fully insured.
Assembly Time
Not all watch parts are held in stock. For customizable watches, components are ordered on demand and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, after which your timepiece is hand-assembled and quality-checked before dispatch. Custom logo watches require an additional 3 days on top of that 1-2 week window to accommodate logo production.
Processing
Orders are inspected and dispatched within 1-2 business days once assembled. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as it ships.
