Every Valen is backed by a 6-month international limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's Covered
- Movement and mechanical faults under normal use
- Defects in the dial, hands and factory-fitted parts
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear, scratches and battery depletion
- Damage from misuse, accidents, water beyond the rated resistance, or unauthorized service
Making a Claim
Email Support@valen.watch Email us with your order number and the issue. If the fault is covered, we repair or replace it free of charge.
